FRONTIDA
I.G.E.E. Frontida Care & Recruitment has been offering its services continuously since 1987. It began as a private nurses’ agency under the name “Lichnia” and took its current form as a Private Company (IKE) in 2017. It holds a valid operating license from the Greek Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and is a founding and active member of the Hellenic Association of Private Employment Agencies.
Frontida Care & Recruitment provides both home care services and private nursing in hospitals.
It maintains partnerships with nearly all major private hospitals in Greece — including Hygeia, IASO, Medical Center, Mediterraneo, among others — as well as many public hospitals such as Metaxa and the Naval Hospital (NNA), and supports cases both in Greece and abroad.
Our team consists of both women and men, from Greece and other countries, all legally residing and working in the country. We have in-depth knowledge of the Greek healthcare system, both public and private, and since 2022 we are ISO 9001:2015 certified by the reputable body Swiss Approval for the quality of our services.

I.G.E.E. Frontida was founded and is managed by Mrs. Niki Nasopoulou, a graduate nurse of the Hellenic Military Nursing Academy (SAN).
Mrs. Nasopoulou has served for many years as Director of the Nursing Department at the Psychiatric Hospital of Tripoli, the Tzaneio General Hospital, and the Apollonio Therapeutic Center of Athens.
She has also taught at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (Department of Nursing A) as academic staff, specializing in Psychiatric Nursing.
Our History
1987 – Beginning
The activities of the private nurses’ association "Lichnia" began, headquartered at 17 Sisini Street.
1990 – Rebranding and Relocation of Headquarters
The agency was renamed "Frontida" and its headquarters were relocated to 50 Alexandras Avenue.
1998 – Relocation of Headquarters & Expansion of Activities
Headquarters were moved to 14 Nikitaras Street, and the agency was converted into a Private Employment Consulting Office (I.G.S.E.).
2014 - Relocation of Headquarters
The headquarters were relocated to 2-4 Nikitaras Street, where we remain to this day.
2017 – Change of Corporate Structure
The company was transformed into a Private Company (IKE) and renamed Frontida Care & Recruitment.
